Hutch one year new connection deactivated Dear Sir, My name is B.V.Sudershan Rao, resident of plot 662, Srikrishna devaraya nagar, vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad- 500 070, resident tel .No. 040-24240342. I have purchased a new Huch SIM card with one year plan from your dealer located at Vanasthalipuram bearing the mobile no.9885667245 and SIM no. 899113002014895024 on 14.02.2007 by submittig a passport size photo, true copies of driving licence as residence proof and my company ID card copy as photo ID. The dealer has sent these documents along with filled in application through Mr.Hari to your office on 15.02.07 and the mobile new connection is activated. To my utter surprise, I have recieved a message from your Hutch office that I have not submitted the photo, documents which is mandatory as per DOT therefore the calls are barred. Immidiately I contacted the dealer from where I have purchased the SIM, he showed me the register wherein the entries of dispatch of documents on 15.02.07 through Mr. Hari and his acknowledgement (Signature) as reciept of the documents. The dealer told Hari about my complaint and Mr.Hari promised to restore the connection in a day. I waited till 20th. but nothing materialised. I spoke to the customer care executive ( 9885098850) on 20th and nerrated whole story. He said he is helpless because the documents have not been recieved . Disgusted I have again given another set of documents, photo and filled applicatrion to the dealer on 22nd and requested Mr.Hari restore the connection soon. He again promised me to restore the facility by 23 rd positively. But till 24th nothing materialised. I again contacted the the customer care executve on 24th. The reply was same that they have not recieved my documents again. Mr. Hari is neither responding to my request nor the Hutch is able to restore the connection. I just fail to understand, why the customer is being harassed for no fault of him. why the hutch has vested with the resposibility of collecting the valuable documents to such a careless fellow (Mr.Hari). Please advice me what I have to do. Suffer silently , foregoRs.925 (one year plan charges plus 45 SMS and ps 49 call fee etc). will the hutch executive suggest me the wayout or suggest me to switchover to some other company for connection by loosing the amount already paid to hutch...........
