Bell Sympatico Internet Services - update (Ottawa, Ontario) Looks like it's going to be awhile before I settle my dispute. BS has more than lived up to their initials by doing everything in their power to assure that I never, ever find out why I "owe" them money for services I never received, wanted or even asked for. As I said before, getting on the phone with them is impossible. I've never seen answering service this bad before, not even at the welfare offices. I tried e-mailing them instead, yet all my messages are blocked because I "don't have a Sympatico ID#" (as I said, BS lives up to their initials very well). Yet in spite of everything, I finally managed to speak to someone earlier this week -- after more than half a morning of being transfered from one department to another -- and STILL didn't get the answers I needed, again because of that Sympatico ID crap (some of these security systems go WAY too far). However, they did agree to send my billing info in the mail and I'm hoping that will answer my questions.... though, given how useful they've been in the past year, I highly doubt it. If I end up paying the money, I'm going to create quite a stink about this...
