complaint against service bill no 06IW20457

I have given my vehicle Honda activa vehicle no TN 05 H 5872 for servicing . They charges around Rs 1550 vide inv : No 06IW20457 DT 10.02.07. still they didin't do any thing much more.eg There is wire disconnect from horn ,they didin't connect and they said this was a battery problem then we went out side service centre they did the connection properly. If you do like this service how the people will satisfy and plese takenecessary the action
