RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Mr. Baxter,

It was necessary for me to cancel my Allegiant Air reservation due to surgery. My wife and I were planning on attending our nephew’s wedding in Sarasota, FL. I expected a cancellation fee of $50 per ticket, but did not expect to essentially loose the entire cost of my ticket ($590.60) less the Alamo rental car fee. From my location in Knoxville, TN you only fly to Las Vegas, St. Petersburg, and Orlando. Consequently, I’ll never use the $185.00 credit you so graciously gave me to use within a year. You have definitely taken the smile out of my flying experience.
