A&E Factory Service (Wisconsin)

A&E Factory Service is listed as the main authorized repair service for washers on Whirlpool's website. I twice booked a morning (8am-12pm) appointment with A&E, and both times, when I called the morning of the appointment to check on the status, they told me "he'll be coming in the afternoon" -- even though (1) I had booked a morning appointment and even though (2) A&E never called me to tell me of the changed time. This was especially remarkable the second time, because when I booked that second morning appointment (after A&E failed the first time), I specifically said I cannot make an afternoon appointment, so please make sure to come in the morning. They said they'll make a note of that -- but the morning of that second appointment, I called and they said "he'll be there in the afternoon."

In short, A&E is a terribly unreliable and unprofessional service. Do not use them unless you're content to have to make multiple appointments, only to have A&E break them without telling you first.
