Purchaser of used cell phones

ON 1/14/07 AND 1/26/07 I was at cellular trade ins who purchased used cell phones. By 2/13/07 I heard nothing! I went back to the site and e-mailed them. A few days later I recieved an e-mail from a manhatten cellular 1 of the phones I sent was smashed? I went back wondering how 1 could be smashed if there was 2 shipped?? Than I was notified by a Silkmiz from aol asking what other phones if any that I sent. I notified them there was 4 other phones? now I'm told that 2 other phones have been water damaged? now all I've asked was to be paid for the 4 remaning phones? now thats 3. I'm wondering whats wrong with the rest of them when they find 'em! There was nothing wrong with those phones when they were shipped!! Seems like every time I here from these people there's something else wrong! I've asked for them to pay for what they recieved but it seems they don't know what they recieved or from who. I can' even get a straight answer! John Senko
