Optical Drive IDVD168DLE Rebate Problem

I submitted rebate forms with USPS certified

mail. I got no status for a long time and check with USPS (tracking #7006

0100 0003 6598 7048), and learned no one in I/O Magic (Company)

received. USPS left Company a notice but Company did not pick up the mail and

did not ask for re-delivery.

When I found out this, I contacted Company with their web mail, but got

no reply.

I called them, after a long wait with automatic messages, I was

informed no one was available to take my call, so I left a voice mail. No

reply.

I contacted them with online chat (customer support), can not solve the

problem of course.

I called a few more times, receiver can not handle the case. Call were

transferred to her manager (twice) and I left voice mail twice. No

reply whatsoever.

I sent inquiry to Email User explicitly asking them to reply.

No reply whatsoever.

I have copies of all the submission information. I also have copies of

the emails sent to them.

I don't believe I am the only one to be treated this way, but simply I

am persistent.
