Meineke car care

I took my truck in to Meineke car care (12585 West Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise Florida 33323 (954)846-0088) On jan 7 2007 for four nw tires. On Jan 9, 2007 my rear driver side tire fell off as I drove down the road. I took my truck to the shop and they repaired the damage, it took 20 days. On 30 Jan 2007 I got my truck back and was told that they would not cover the rental car costs. Since it was their negligence that caused this situation I was quite suprised. I am now looking for some way to make them return the cost of the renta lcar ($507.25)
