No one has been able to call in on my cell phone, although I have been able to call out. I have talked with 4 technologists from the company in 4 days who say they "have an issue with Missouri (816) numbers and can do nothing". They are "investigating" the problem. This has been ongoing for 5 days and they offer no solution, just say they don't know when it will be "fixed" and for me to try calling my own cell phone now and then. "Maybe" someone will call me on my home phone when the problem is fixed. This is definitely no way to run a business and is unfair to consumers. It has caused a great deal of hardship within our family due to a serious illness and hospitalization last Monday. If you can help, please do.
