Chase Bank

Chase Bank To whom it may concern,
This letter is written to let you how horribly I have been treated as a prospective consumer of your bank. Upon reviewing my credit report, because I want to purchase a new home, I found your bank had erroneously put someone else's credit card report on mine. I immediately called your bank and the person answering the phone let me know they could not and would not correct the situation but that I had to contact the credit people myself.
So that you will understand that I am an irate and beyond belief hysterical prospective consumer totally enraged by your bank's irresponsible and unprofessional behavior, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the SEC. This is an outrage. I expected more help and a professional attitude from your staff.
In the future, I will not bank with you nor will I encourage any relatives, friends, immediate family members, enemies or anyone to use your services. And, I am in the military and will tell all my friends how irresponsible you bank is. This is not about you personally but I expected more since I am fighting so very hard for my Country. Yes, I expect better customer service.
As I end my letter, I just want to say I expect more from your employees.
Sincerely, Ms. Ericka Fisher 817-782-7795 From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 22-Feb-07 09:46:13 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
