My husband and I purchased a door at Home Depot on 9/19/06.

 

My husband picked the door up and brought it home and installed it. After putting the door up he reliealized that the upper window was missing. He called the store and reported the problem. He talked to someone named George and he ordered another window.

 

They called when the window came in. My husband brought it home, the window did not fit the door.

 

Three (3) time the window was ordered and we were called, each time the window did not fit.

 

Yesterday the window was picked up and there were two (2) windows in the box, it did not fit. Today he went back to return the windows and was given an 800 number to call.

 

He called the number and was asked for the measurements of the door, he gave them, but was told there would be a charge because it was over 90 days and it was the first time the problem was reported to them.

 

My husband told the person he was talking to that he had been talking to Home Depot every month since purchase and wanted to know where the other windows were coming from. They did not know.

 

What can be done about this?
