Maytag Dishwasher Recall

Maytag Dishwasher Recall Residence: Phoenix, AZ
My dishwasher is part of the Maytag recall requiring the disconnect of the machine until replacement parts are sent and installed. I ordered repair/parts online on Feb 6th and selected the date of the 13th for installation. On the 12th the repair company called and admitted they did not order the parts but would and I’d have to reschedule. On the 13th I called Maytag’s Recall number and found the parts still had not been ordered but they would order them and I could call another company for repairs. On the 14th I called to get the tracking number and they said the parts were not ordered but they would order them and send them 2nd day air, arriving by Friday, the 16th. On the 16th I called and they said they didn’t’ have a tracking number. On the 19th I called the Recall Dept and they said they didn’t show the shipment but would order the parts again sending the overnight air, to arrive the next day, on the 20th. On the 20th the parts did not arrive so I called them again on the 21st. My call was forwarded to the Escalation Dept. They then told me that parts could not ship parts 2nd day or overnight air and that she showed my parts being ordered on the 13th. Then she told me I had to give them 7-10 days (until the 23rd) for delivery of parts. She could not verify the parts were shipped and could do nothing. Since the 6th of February I have been lied to by Maytag three times in all three contacts. I will never buy a Maytag product again.
