Fine Interiors Mentor Dining Set and Matress set Fine Interiors Mentor Store (440)942-6068 About 3 years ago we ordered $2500 worth of furniture from this store. We ordered a queen size matress and box spring set with a 10 year warranty, and a dining set with table, six chairs and a 2 piece hutch. They gave us a deal as we were buying for 2 rooms. We received the table and chairs and the bottom of the hutch as the top piece they had in stock was damaged and had to be ordered. One of the chairs had ink on the cream colored cushion under the plastic protector from the manufacturer and the bottom piece of the hutch was damaged on the leg and rear of the piece like it had been dropped so it was sent back as well. They called 2 weeks later that the chair and hutch top were in. I told them no use bringing the top out without the bottom piece. The bottom piece finally came in and they delivered the complete hutch and the chair. Withing 8 months the arms on the 2 end chairs had come loose and one came off. i called the Mentor store for warranty info and they said we had to take them to the Lakeland Blvd. store in Euclid to be repaired or replaced. They would not fit in our car so my husband ended up just taking the arms off. Now 3 years later our no flip pillow top matress with the ten year warranty is starting to sag and cause back problems for my husband. I called the Mentor store and was told that they had changed their computer system and without the original invoice number they couldn't do anything. We were part of the flood disaster that hit Lake county Ohio last July. All of that paperwork was in my filing cabinet in my office in the basement that filled to the top and went 5 feet up the main floor. We had to be rescued from the 2nd story by boat. So no we are stuck with a saggy matress and a bad backache because they cant pull up our invoice by name. I asked to speak to the manager at the Mentor store and was told that she was the manager. The manager got very rude when I explained the reason behind not having the invoice and said sorry no invoice I cant help you, then when I suggested that they cross refernce there database by name and invoice number she was very quick with a comebnack of find the invoice I can help you and hung up on me. I will never refer anyone to this store. I am getting nowhere fast with these people and just want my matress replaced as it is under warranty.
