BMG Music

BMG Music's website does not give any phone contact information. I know

that this was a requirement for us to open our own on line store. Why

can they get away with operating an on line store without displaying any

phone or mail contact information?

Their website only allows orders to be processed one way. I was

actually trying to purchase an item at retail price in order to fulfill

my contract with them, but it wouldn't let me. Instead, it let me

purchase an item at a sale price and let me order several items "free".

Several days later, when the order was actually processed, it showed

only the sale item going through and all the other items on hold. In

other words, it baited me in to buying an item I didn't really want, in

order to get items "free" which were then withheld. Since this is all

very confusing, I wanted to talk to a customer service representative to

get it corrected, but I cannot find a phone number anywhere for BMG

Music. Not on their website nor on their mailing advertisements.
