Company: renewal of Norton Internet Security for2007
Category: Other
Symantec Corp.
20330 Stevens Creek Blvd.
Cupertino, Ca. 95014
In Dec. 2006 a pop up appeared on my computer to renew my contract for the Norton Security system.
On Dec. 20,2006 I renewed and asked to pay by telephone.
I called the number, gave them my credit card and they sent me an invoice confirmation Order #3304734812
The charge appeared on my Dec. Credit card and was paid on 12/31/06.
To date I receive a Pop Up on my computer every time I log on to the internet. It says I am not protected for anything.
I have tried numerous telephone numbers and web sites but cannot reach a person to clear up this matter. Any help you can give me that would allow me to talk to a symantec person to get this cleared up would be appreciated.
The renewal was supposed to go it to effect Jan. 9,2007
I have registered a complaint with my credit card company
