The baffle has been replaced 5 times since the ref. was installed 11/10/05, the last time was 1/31/07. We did not purchase the extended warranty. The parts was extended to 5/10/08, but labor only 'til 5/10/07. We want both

extended until the problem is fixed, because the ref. never worked
