Don't trust Toyota and Toyota Financial Service

Please forgive me if I sound rude. 'cuz I'm really mad

DON'T TRUST Damn FUxK toyota financial service,

HERE'S MY STORY.

Your $10 refund could take you $20, $30 or more to get it back from TOYOTA.

I bought a brand new car 2006 and financed with Toyota Financial Service,

I paid off my car on Dec 2006 and they sent me a check of a refund of $10.02 in Jan, 2007.

I deposited that Damn check to my Bank, Wachovia, and it bounced!!!!!

Now Wachovia charged me $10 Returned Deposit fee, which is really UNFAIR to me.

I called TOYOTA Financial today and told them their refund check was returned and asked them to do something and compansate my charge.

The guy said: "it looks like they STOPPED that payment and they already sent you another check on Jan 29th."

I asked:" Why did they stop that check payment?"

He said he didn't know, "they wanted to ISSUE you another check!!!ALL I CAN DO IS E-MAIL THAT ACCT PAYABLE DEPT see if they can give you another check but we can't give you refund for what your bank charged."

I said:"If they want to give me another check, why didn't they tell me upfront???

Again, he just ignored it.

It made me very upset and I will ever never trust TOYOTA anymore.
