i orderd an SD card on feb 7th 2007. i received a mail on feb 11th

that the order has been shipped. I got a tracking number to track the

package, Now when i go online & track the package it says USPS deliverd

it on feb 15th.

I NEVER GOT IT. I WAS AT HOME ON FEB 15TH & NOBODY CAME TO DELIVER THE

PACKAGE, I EVEN CHECKED MY MAILBOX. WHAT DO I DO??? I mailed buy.com & I was told that it will take 3-5 business days to process the complaint about missing shipment. Till then my rebate will expire & I will lose money. I mailed them & called them but of no use. I called them & after holding for 40 minutes, the call was disconnected. I need an answer to my queries. This is the worst service & totally unfair. NEVER ORDER FROM BUY.COM. Its totally unreliable service. I want to sue them. But dont have that much time & effort.

 

& my friend had the same xperience, she ordered a kingston SD card month back from buy.com. Till last week they didn't ship it, stating that its out of stock, if its out of stock then why did they accept the order in first place? She then cancelled the order, & as soon as she requested a cancellation, she got an e-mail in 1 hour that they have shipped the order, her credit cardgot charged, & till today she hasnt received the order.

I hadn't read all this before i placed an order, i hope this will help someone or prevent someone from losing money.

I agree I ordered the nokia N97 and they sent it and all it was fine. Black line ran down the middle for no reason so I had to return the phone. I have been waiting for 8 days already and when I emailed them they said well 5-7 business days to check the product another 1-2 business days to ship it out and who knows how much longer for it to get here. If there was a company I would complain most about its them. Also they dont respond any questions they just copy paste answers from FAQ's regardless of what you ask. I use that phone for work and now I had to go buy another phone for full price until this one is replaced and the way its going I will be stuck with both phones as its taking them too long to send the new replacement. Worst customer Service I have ever seen in all my years of online shopping. I will never order from them and I have told all of my friends to stay away from buy.com because its the poorest excuse for an online store.
