BSNL Broadband

hi,

We are located in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Our problem is excessive bandwidth

consumption due to virus/spyware on bsnl broadband network, due to which

even if no application/browser connecting with internet is opened, bandwidth

keep on getting consumed!!

My last 3 bills are heavily overcharged, in initial months while my average

hourly consumption was nearly 6 MB it has shootup to 60-70 MB/hour.

we are finding ourselve in great mess due to all this.

and major financial loss ( nearly 3-4 thousand per month just for internet

connection)

we tried accelating this issue to concern authurities in BSNL Bahadurgarh,

but nobody listens and suggests us to change our net connection to some

private operators like airtel/Tata.

Please suggest how can we get this matter resolved throu BSNL

i read ur problem...if its virus problem thats eating up ur internet usage...then i suggest u to get ur system formatted and have a fresh Operating System re-installed...and for next time use a tursted antivirus or internet security software....

opening unidentified emails and sites causes u to download trojans which acts as providing datas from ur system o their creators...plz beware....
