just lodging my complaints

Nearly a year ago, Xpress Loan Servicing was contacted by letter stating

that we wanted to pay off one of the 4 loans in full. All this time has

passed and they did not. Meantime, a bill that started out at $66 or less

has earned enough interest to have gone up to over $71! This is a loan and

"highway robbery" of young people just starting out in life with student

loans! Beware to students and parents who need loans to go to college!
