Problem: I ordered a Bed-Extender for my Pickup truck TOYOTA Tacoma on 2/13/2007 with Order# 10416568 And they charged on $283.95 free shipping. They used FedEx to deliver it on 2/15/2007 but it doesn;t need signature. Even though I already put the notice on the door to the delivery guys that put the box & parcel to my apartment complex' office to keep it. The delivery just put the big box outside my door but the apartment design is my door is open area. So my purchased product is stolen as I've already checked with apartment office and no such box from FedEx for me. So their practice to deliver goods is irresponsible !!! Now, I complaint to BBB and request the refund or re-deliver with signature required and send to my apartment complex's office since the staff there will sign it for me & keep it safely. I am very disappointed about this company and will never recommend to any people unless they fix my problem : "I lost the goods (worth $283.95)of what I purchase due to their irresponsible delivery method!!"
