Bank of America seems to be employing deceitful practices with regards to its credit card and online banking services. Credit card payment due dates are routinely scheduled for weekends and holidays. At the same time their online banking system will not schedule or accept payments for those dates.

How can one of the largest banks in the country not be available 24 hours a day? Their online banking bill pay says that you can make same-day payments to credit cards, but will not allow payments on weekends and holidays.

CASH deposits made on Saturdays are not credited until Monday. Guaranteed that any expenses will be posted BEFORE that deposit. Does one of the biggest banks in the country not employ people on weekends? Is their business not running 24/7?

I have numerous other complaints about Bank of America. I am paying a fortune in questionable fees.

If I had the time and money I would find a law firm willing to take on a class action suit against Bank of America.
