Airtel I better not tell anyone about how they dealwith customers I am student card holder and require to do the initial charging of my card. i wanted to buy the prepaid card from you kormangla airtel office on the 80 ft road. they seemnot to hold the recharge vouchers. Its pathetic i tell you. I went there I had to wait for half an hour and they tell me they dont have vouchers. they can recharge me with phone acivation. thats not at all great. also it sucks as they dont accept the credit cards where as they are displaying the stickers and when asked they tell me you will have to purchase for moe than 500/- (hahaha they laugh and smile). I am telling you I am not at all amused with this service of yours i took your card ust because the signal is good in IISc banglore other than hutch where the calls drop otherwise I will never opt for airtel. If I dont get any call or relief I am not throwing this card into the bin but sending by mail to Mr Mittal as a gift from me and thats a promise. I then waited after a full survey fo where can i get vouchers and then came to a conclusion that all airtel outlets can give u but they dont try to give u as they want u to purchase higher denomination cards, so that u have to use them at all costs in one month also they dont know about student plan and misinformed me that for a recharge of 550/- I will get a talk time of only 220/- isnt it apsurd totally. I called their customer care and they didnt even bother to answer me. when i asked them to connect me to some one else they conviniently disconnected me saying "Thank you cof calling airtel customer care. Sir" sweetly.
