spraygun depot

I needed some parts to repair my accuspray spray gun so I ordered parts via tcp global's spray gun depot. I ordered 3 day delivery. No confirmation email was sent to me so I emailed them with no return response. The charge was placed on my credit card the day after I placed the order so I thought it was coming despite no return response from them. Well the 3rd day comes end of the work week and no product. I called the company and they told me that on rush orders they just send the order and bill later, which was a lie, so after questioning further they told me it was shipped out on the 16th when it should have been delivered to me. No clear excuse was given to me and no blame was accepted by them either. This not only inconvenienced me but my customers as well. Their attitude was sorry it will get there in 3 more days. I was upset and as if to sound like he was doing me a favor he said he would credit me for the 3 day shipping I had paid for. This was my second dealing with this company the first going probably just a little bit better but I was more forgiving because the need was not so urgent. I still have not seen the credit placed back to my credit card so I will have to keep on them for that. I would not deal with them again and just warn people you'll get your product, or at least I hope so, but if it's important I wouldn't count on this company.
