Burger King/overcharge

Every Saturday I stop at Burger King #3948 on Kuykendahl Road in Spring, Texas and I order a breakfast meal sized up to a medium on their "have it your way" advertisement. For a few weeks I have thought the price was not correct but I never really checked. Today I checked. They ring up the meal deal and the upsize as separate items which results in a 22 cent over charge. If you can believe their advertising and if they do this to 5 customers a day, that's a forty million dollar a year rip off.

When I pointed the discrepancy out to the manager she got defensive and upset and said I was wrong because the machine did all the charges. Between her lack of English and her obvious inability to understand how to add prices and calculate tax, I got no where.
