Subject: Complaining about cheating while booking of Tata Walky.


 


I am Rajeev kumar Thakur son of Ashanand Thakur.


I wanted an internet connection and therefore I visited Tata indicom's main office in shivajinagar on 23rd December 2006, I met a person on sales desk named Mr. Atul Kulkarni.


He told me about Tata indicom walky's plan of Rs. 349 rental per month with calls worth Rs. 120 free and internet usage as from 10 pm to 6 am free without any limit.


 


Mr. Atul Kulkarni visited my home on on 24th December 2006 , my address is

I gave him all the documents required with a cheque of Rs. 1622, the walky was booked under my fathers name. He promised me of providing the Tata walky with the above mentioned plan. He also promised me that the phone will be activated just the next day from the date of verification.


 


The next day on 25th December 2006, one person from Tata visited my home at the above mentioned address and said that my verification is complete.


 


I was supposed to get my Tata walky activated on 26th December 2006. But due to the reasons which I was not aware of the activation delayed. I had to go to Tata office three times to check with the status and reasons about the delay in activation of my Tata Walky.


 


And finally Tata Walky was activated on 31st December 2006.


 


By that time on 28th December 2006, the above mentioned plan was deactivated by Tata Indicom.


 


When I got my first bill dated 11th January 2007, I came to know that Tata Indicom has given me some other plan of Rs. 349 rental per month with calls worth Rs. 120 free, and Internet usage from 10 pm to 6 am, for 2000 mins limit and 250 mb downloading limit free.


 


Since then till today on 16 February 2007, I am struggling hard to get the plan which I was promised of, because my internet usage needs are not fulfilled by the plan provided to me.


I have gone to Tata Indicom main office at Shivajinagar 8 to 9 times but I was not entertained in the way I was expecting.


 


 


I don't have any fault in all the proceedings so, I strongly request you take my case seriously. And provide me with the plan which I was offered at the time of booking the Tata Walky. Otherwise I will have to look for the other options and go outside Tata for justice.
