National City has been calling my phone number at least 7 times a day for the past month- I have explained to them that the person they are looking for does not live here or have this phone number!

I have talked to several representatives and all are extremely RUDE! I was told that I must FAX them a letter stating that the person they are looking for no longer has this number- and then, ONLY THEN, will they stop calling MY number!

Why in the world is it MY responsibility to jump through hoops to get these people to STOP calling me??????\
