I just sent in a detailed complaint yesterday about Flowers that were to be delivered to my husband on 02/13/07, and how FTD sent me an email on 02/14/07 telling me they would be delivered on 02/15/07, well guess what? The darn flowers still weren't delivered on the 15th either. I just got finished calling the 1-800-736-3383 number and they still have a generic message about being busy due to the holiday rush!! This company is a complete scam and a rip off! I've sent numerous emails and still no responses, and I can't get through via the phone to a live representative!!! PLEASE DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!
