yes my name is Theresa Sarvis Account No110ssss.My complaint is that I received a call by a sales person and am buying one of the packages but I called today and I am very very unhappy with what I was told .I was going to set a date for June and also get the call that is in with my deal to come and find out I can not pick up a car in Tampa and no one said this to me at all and that is the main reason that I bought this package to start with .Now I have no car to be picked up and I really want my money back or something .My phone number is 813 472 6691 I would like a call as soon as possible .Thank-you Theresa Sarvis
