Conroy's Florist, Sepulveda and Western Aves, Torrance, Ca.

 

I ordered several arrangements back in the end of November, for my father in law's funeral. We ordered large arrangement and a large heart wreath. We explained that the casket was blue so we wanted flowers that would kind of match.

Instead, the flower were oranges and yellows.....Thanksgiving colors. Not one touch of blue/purple.

We ordered a little plant in a white basket. However, the plant was delivered in a brown basket.

I specifcally wrote out what was to go on one of the card enclosures. The card was written out wrong. Plus it totally omitted one of the people that it was from.

Basically, we spent 450 dollars and got nothing we requested. The store refunded 50 dollars. However, I had written to corporate customer care twice and no one has replied. This is not good business.
