I purchased video vault from dvdxsoftware and the thing just quit working. The only way to contact them is through their website and I have sent them many complaints and have heard nothing from them. It has been over a week since my first complain to them and they claim that all complaints will be addressed from 24 to 48 hours.

This software worked great and then just stopped for no reason. I believe they have put a date that it suppose to quit so you have to buy an upgrade or something but I can’t get in touch with them. I hope a lot of people read this and don’t buy their software because this is a rip off.
