Bad Service At DisneyLand Hotel

Bad Service At DisneyLand Hotel Our family had reservations for Dec 4th, at the Disneyland Hotel, CA. We checked in approx. 8am. Our requested 2 adjoining rooms were not ready until 3pm. We stated we would not be back from the park until it closed at 6pm. We stored our luggage. We we returned at 6pm to get our keys, our rooms were not adjoining (we have 2 autistic kids that needed supervision from one room to another(grandparents helping single parent dad). Also, our front hall door did not lock. Nor did the phone work on the nightstand. We immediately notified the front desk. They stated they would send someone up to fix the lock. After many calls (I have all the names), someone finally came up at 11pm or after, and said the door couldln't be fixed until the next day. When we first called , they should have moved us to a different rooms, or put us up in different hotel. They did nothing. After ll:30pm and we finally got the kids to sleep, they then offered to move us. (wonder where they found a room). We expected Disney (who wants vacation to be Magical), NOT to do something to HELP us. Today, they have done NOTHING. Can anyone help? or do they give bad service to everyone, and we were the last to find out. We have made repeated callsl, and many letters to Disney Corp (Iger), as well as Shareholder services. (we are Shareholders, for at least now) Thanks, for listening. Bad Bad Bad stay at Disneyland Hotel.
