This company exploits non-English speakers. I ordered a Korean-English dictionary, and the company did not indicate the dictionary would not be accompanied by a Korean manual. I tried to send it back, but the company representative with whom I e-mailed said I couldn't, then I threatened with a class action lawsuit, and she relented.
A week later, the dictionary is again sent to me, and this time the customer service person said too bad, and bring on the lawsuit.
I tried to get on their forum, but I could not get a password (what a shock).
