The Garage door Company

Hi,

I am currently having problems with this company owned by Mark Wiebe:

A garage door was installed by this person on August 16th. 2006 and since that date there have been service calls every month, sometimes twice a month because the door will either not open or once opened, will not close. Usually there is a lag time before he comes of two to seven days. He can be unreliable about time of arrival by hours or once two days later than he said he would arrive.

To- day he was contacted again as the door will not close. He was rude and hung up on me, with no resolution. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and Service Alberta. Their suggestion is to write to Mr. Wiebe with the concern and contact the Small Claims Court.

Any further suggestions?
