Service Magic My company received several leads from Service Magic, which we were charged $12 each for. We could never make contact with ANY of the leads they gave us. We tried to contacting them by phone and email several times and had no luck. We called to cancel our account and were offered 4 FREE leads which we were still charged for and they never canceled our account when we asked them too. When we tried to call to get a refund we were told NO and were given attitude by their customer service department.
