Sears Craftsman Snow Thrower

Hello

I am a consumer who was stupid enough to purchase a snow thrower from Sears. I have been contacting Sears Technical Repair since November to repair a snow thrower which has a repair and warranty agreement for three years. Well, it is now Feb. and after being out to my house 4-5 times to repair it they are telling me aall they can do is send the another technician out that has been trying to repair it since Nov. and that is all they can do for me. In the meantime, I have a $1000 piece of equipment sitting at the bottom of my driveway that the snowplows will probably destroy tonight because it won’t start and Sears won’t be able to send a technician out until next week!!!! Wow, that’s customer service for you..
