Pitney Bowes We took delivery of a Pitney Bowes Franking Machine last year but we never received the logo with our return address on. We make several calls and sent several emails and we were either told it would be sorted tomorrow or we just go through to an answer machine and no one returned our calls. It took over six weeks before we received the Logo. This week we were unable to upload credit to our machine. When we called Pitney Bowes we were told someone would call us back with 10 mins. Five hours later and after dozens of un-aswered calls and email we got hold of someone who said they had received our BACS payment but it would take 3 more days before we could upload the credit.
