I sent the attached letter as per you complaints procedure and have not had a response, with the exception of the continuous calls regarding the said outstanding bill and I am most disgusted with your lack of customer care in this matter. I have followed you complaints procedure but you have failed to respond so I have had to resort to trawling the internet to find your contact details and have come across hundreds of sites with NTL customers complaining about your Customer Services, infact some of these sites are dedicated to NTL complaints. If I do not receive a response to my complaint and this matter is not swiftly resolved, I will be taking this matter up with my Trading Standards colleagues. Complaint: I entered into an agreement with you last year; the installation went ahead after many delays! I then went away on holiday.
