APPEAL AGAINST EMBARASSMENT

AGAINST DISCONTINUED CREDIT CARD

With Due respect on judiciary following grievance is laid down :-

1. I received an SBI Credit Card No 4006661154153154 with rosy and fabricated offers and best services. Later realizing that the card is not meant for a middle class consumer who survive on hands to mouth existence and the card is helpful only for elite community who are on shopping spree, I cancelled and got the card deactivated. My purchasing / drawal capacity also were minimal.

2. To add insult to injury, my outstanding figure went on incrementing on every month with multiplying interest and some spurious charges (collection fee etc.) May be some malafide interest existed in the credit card company to trap me in a debt trap which I could not fulfill during my life till death which is immortal. I still made payments and also in a lumpsum amount but in vain without earning any credits. In fact I exceeded my payment capacity out of a meager income. I also requested for reversal/waiver of the present petty and paltry sum outstanding now, on lenient grounds, but in vain.

3. Due to constant stress out of frequent calls, reminders, statements from the employees/agents of the credit card company, I lost my mental stability leading to Cardiac diseases and Chronic BP resulting in huge hospital bills and also resulting in borrowing from relatives and friends. Still Calls were received from the dial triggered employees and agents of credit card company every day that too on odd times, disturbing my career in workplace / home / field, infringing my day to day obligations of family life and professional life.

4. In view of the foregoings, I plead your mercy for protection of my peaceful life and survival, constitutionally guaranteed and established by law which is deprived by the employees and agents of the credit card company and pray for writ in any nature of moratorium, habeas corpus, prohibition, quo warranto and certiorari.
