BEST BUY LAB TOP ADAPTOR.

Hi this Alma this people are abuser they only want your money and that it all.

I went to the store see what it the problem with the lab top the Geek people told me oh you just need to buy another adaptor.... so they order for me.

When received we find that the problem was in the lab top computer not with the adaptor

so they give me the wrong diasnostic so I spend $ 110.00 plus I never resolve to fix the situation.... and when I spoke with the manager NATHAN ALVES. he told SORRY I can not help you..... and please leave the store or I WILL CALL THE POLICE.

What type of services is this.... call the police for what???

I am telling every body BEST BUY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY THET DO NOT CARE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FOR THE WE HAVE NO RIGHT.
