Aurora Loan Services

Aurora purchase my home loan from Aegis in June 2006. I paid my September’s payment on 9/22/2006. On 9/25/2006, Aurora adjusted the payment to accommodate a problem that occurred in August. Aurora sent me a letter to the house about the problem, but they were well aware that the house was vacant before hand. (Every time that I had to contact Aurora, the first thing they always ask is if you are occupying the home and I told them that I was not back in July) They made no attempt to contact me by phone about the problem. I did not realize that there was a problem until I collected October’s statement. I can not get the credit bureaus to take the second late payment off of my report.

Also on a couple of my credit reports, it showed that I had two home loans outstanding, one with Aegis and another with Aurora. It seemed that Aurora did not notifled a couple of the credit bureaus that they purchased the Aegis loan,
