poor service Consumer Relations, This is in regards to store# 151 in Columbia Ky.SAVE A LOT.This store is the worst store I have ever seen for service.The customer means absolutely nothing to the manager or the other personel.Six people waiting to check out,and a lady paying for her items with food stamps and could not get her pin no.right.the manager standing talking,then turned around and walked away.Four checkout aisles,and one open.and would not open another.It is allways like that in this store.They do not care.You are putting thousands of dollars remodeling this store,and it will not increase your business that much.It is like this most of the time,they do not care.If you say anything they pay no attention to you.I have counted as many 10 people in line,and only one counter open,and three people on break standing and talking at the office door ( 10 feet away )and would not open a register. I dont care how nice your store is,without service it is nothing.Now I do not know if this letter will mean anything to you Corp.but I thuoght you should know.
