I purchased an extended warranty in 2003 on my 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS. At 82,000 miles I have transmission problems. The warranty company, which is not a dealership warranty, refuses to pay. They will not pay, until they can verify cause of failure. The transmission was pulled out at the dealership, and they looked at transmission. After 3 people coming the warranty company asked for the Trans. to be put back in so they could drive it. Now they say that t they did not say this. Now I have a $1,700 bill and noting has been done to my car. Where do I go for help. I don't have a lot of money for a Lawyer. Please some help!!!!!
