microwave oven makerGOLDSTAR I AM WRITING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MY MICROWAVE OVEN. I BOUGHT IT A YEAR AGO OR A LITTLE MORE. I TOOK OUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I HAVE HAD SEARS OUT HERE AT LEAST SEVEN TIMES FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT. THEY JUST PUT NEW THINGS IN TO PASIFY ME. IT DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. THIS LAST TIME THE MAN CAME OUT THREE WEEKS AGO. TOOK OUT FIVE PROBLEMS THAT HAVE TO BE REPLACED. NOW THEY ARE CALLING ME TELLING ME THESE ITEMS ARE ON BACK ORDER. I DO NOT THINK THIS IS FAIR FOR ME TO GO WITHOUT THIS MICROWAVE OVEN THAT I HAVE PAID FOR AND CANNOT USE. THIS PR0BLEM CANNOT BE FIXED AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. IT SHOULD NEVER OF HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND SECOND IT SHOULD OF BEEN SOLVED THE FIRST TIME I HAD SEARS OUT HERE TO FIX IT WHEN IT WAS BRAND NEW. I THINK YOU SHOULD GIVE ME A NEW MICROWAVE OVEN FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE I HAVE BEEN THROUGH. THIS IS THE SECOND LETTER I HAVE WRITTEN TO SEARS.
