I have 2 Different product and service to complain

I had send a complain about this Place and it is call the Grant Search Pro. I never finish it out hit the wrong button and it sent it off before I could finish it out..

I had send off for a Free Cd from Grant Writer they charge you $3.95 for the shipping and handling of the CD. they give you 14 days to cancel it or they will charge you $29.95 a month for their site. Well I got my CD in the US mail I try to get it to work in my computer but it would not work at all. I had the phone number of the place were I got my CD from and explain to them it would not work at all I talk to a supervicer about it she told me that what she would do was charge me for and then turn around and give me credit for and put it back into my account. Which that was great but what I did not know was the other Grant place had gone into my account and took out more money from the information that they took off from the Grant Writer. I never found out that they had done that until my bank let me know that I was over drawen in my account I could not understand why until I start to check back to see when this was all done. The 14 days had past and I never got a cd from them and never knew any thing about it. So when I call the Grant Search Pro up they told me right away that they got it off of the other Grant Writer and I explain to them that they can not do that. What they have done they have broken the Law they do not have the right to go into some ones information and pull stuff out and put it on their account, and then charge some one for some thing that they never order at all. Well all they did was argue with me and told me that I called them for my ID. name and my password to get onto the site which was not true. From what I have read from what they call places like this is a rip-0ff and people never get any thing from them but they get money taken out of their account. They have cost me $3.95 for a cd I never got, $49.95 for a site that was charge to me with out knowen about it and also it cause me to be over drawen in my bank and since then I can not seem to get out of the hole thanks to them. It has cost my a lot of money that they start out taken 'from with out my unauthorized it. and I have called them and all I get from them is rude people and talking to the billing department that is a waste of time cause they are telling me that I order some thing that I never did. To this date they have told lies saying I called them cause the site would not work in which they took all of the information that they got off of the Grant writer and put it down saying that I called them when I did not about the ID. # and password to the link and site. This how they Rip People Off big time and here it has cost me a total of $235.00 because of the over draft it was put on me.. And still I never got the CD or site and all of that from them and they did was take my money and now they will not give it back...The last 1 is fromTryMedia.com they send you e-mail for games and that so when you order 1 game so you can Play and then you download it online it doesn't work at all. then you send they a complaint and cancel it and asking for you money back they do not a thing at all you do not give you your money back and they do not answer you e-mail that you send to them. so they are a Rip-Off place as well they will never response to you but they take your money and the amount they get out of you is $19.99. So there you go again you are charge for a game that does ever work on your computer and get no answer from them and you sure do not get your money back and you have 24 hours to do it in in which I did it with in 30 minutes after I found out it did not work. so here I am out of $19.99 and $25.00 that made me overdraft again and all of this was done in 1 month two was done on the same day and the other 1 was done 15 day ahead of time.So what are they going to do to people that so much of a Rip-Off and just set back and steal from from us like that? I would like to know what is going to be done about this... Thank you,
