Dear All readers:

Be aware of 1-800 Flowers. I Ordered a Valentines Package which included a box of chocolate delivered the day before Valentines Day and Flowers Delivered on Valentines Day. The box of Chocolates where delivered then on Valentines Day the Flowers where never delivered. I had to go out at 8pm on Valentines Day and buy more flowers. They say the orders are delivered up to 7pm but 2/15/07 morning still no flowers. Thank you for making me look really bad on Valentines Day.

I called 1800 Flowers many times on 4/14/07 and every time I put in the tracking code the system would hang up on me. When I tried to go to the delivery customer service prompt the system also hung up on me. Finally when I went to place a new order customer service answered in one ring. They said they could not help me in anyway and that there was no one that could help me. Good to see a company has all these people on 7pm-9pm to take orders fast but they can’t seen to help you with an existing order on valentines Day. I called back 5 times 4/14/07 with same problem and no one could help me.

Finally I tried to call 4/15/07 AM and still same problem system disconnects me and order person can not help me.

1-800 flowers will never be used by me again. They can’t deliver on Valentines Day so they really just stole my money.
