FTD.COM...DON'T EVER PLACE AN ORDER FOR FLOWERS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THIS PAST VALENTINES DAY FEBRUARY 14, 2007. I PLACED AN ORDER WITH FTD.COM FOR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HUSBAND ON 02/13/07. MY COMFIRMATION EMAIL CLEARLY STATED THAT THE FLOWERS WOULD BE DELIVERED ON 02/13/07. WELL TO MY SURPRISE NOTHING WAS DELIVERED AT ALL!!! NO PHONE CALLS FROM THE FLORIST OR EMAILS. I SENT OUT 5 ORDER STATUS EMAILS NO RESPONSES. I TRIED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER...1-800-736-3373 AND UP UNTIL 4:00AM GOT A RESPONSE THAT DUE TO THE HEAVY HOLIDAY VOLUME THEY WEREN'T TAKING ANY PHONE CALLS. AT 3:00PM ON 02/14/07, I GET AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION THAT THE FLOWERS WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY ON THE 15TH. FIRST THING THIS MORNING I'M STILL CALLING THAT NUMBER AND GETTING THE SAME RESPONSE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS!!! SO THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD, AND EVEN IF THE FLOWERS ARE DELIVERED TODAY...2 DAYS LATER THAN MY CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE, MY HUSBAND WON'T EVEN BE AT WORK TO RECEIVE THEM, BECAUSE HE'S ON LEAVE AND WON'T BE BACK UNTIL TUESDAY. I ASKED FOR A REFUND VIA EMAIL, BUT WAS TOLD MY ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY SO I COULDN'T RECEIVE A REFUND. WHAT A CROCK!!! USE HALLMARK FOR ALL OF YOUR FLOWER DELIVERIES!!! I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH, WITH THIS SORRY A.. COMPANY!!!!
