TATA TELECOM NON-REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE INSTRUMENT To TATA INDICOM TATA TELE SERVICES DELHI
SUB: NON-REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE INSTRUMENT INSPITE OF MANY COMPLAINTS
Dear Sir/Madam I have taken a TATA WALKY CORDLESS connection on 28/10/2006 bearing phone no. 64556892. But from the very first day it showed Signal Problem and I had been complaining for the same from that day itself. Initially they asked me to get it checked at LG Service Center. So I had taken it to ARHAM IMFOTECH PVT LTD.; Receipt No. R291206023 {29/12/206} and Receipt no. R060107026 (06/01/2007) where they changed instrument's main board. Whereas later on I came to know that the board cannot be changed but Replaced in Post-Paid Connection as per Innovative Telecom (ASC), Pitampura, Delhi where I was required to get checked the instrument as per company's direction. This is to inform you that I had filed many complaints regarding my defective instrument( NO DAIL TONE) to your company through written applications and customer care facility of your company. The complaint numbers are as follows 06/01/07 SR# 58866531 8/01/07 58945581 9/1/07 59036445 16/1/07 59715933 23/01/07 60398885 But there is no action in this regard and I am having troubles in using your phone since October last year. Previously it was the problem of Signal but now it is No Dial Tone. Therefore I request you to please changed the instrument at the earliest otherwise I would have to move to the consumer court.
NO ACTION SINCE LAST ONE AND HALF MONTH. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.
