ICON Pro-Form 750 Model PFTL73105.2 I sent the following letter to ICON: February 12, 2007 Customer Service Department ICON Health & Fitness, Inc. 1500 S 1000 W Logan, UT 84321-9813 Re: Lack of Service Treadmill Pro-Form 750, Model PFTL73105.2, Serial U01132447 Gentlemen: On January 10, 2007 I was finally able to communicate with your Parts Department and ordered a small front roller bushing, item 42 in part list, total cost $12.68. My American Express was promptly charged on 1/13/07. I was told the part will arrive via US mail within 10 days. By the way, this part was not available in your internet site. After two weeks and no part, I called again. Your automated system indicated part was sent via UPS on January 11, 2007. Still not having received the part a week later, I finally was able to receive a call back from you and was informed that nobody knows what happened to that order, but a second part will be sent that same day, this time via US Mail, not UPS, and I should receive it within 10 days. More than a month has elapsed since I made my first call and I still do not have this part. I cannot put my machine back together without this tiny part. My machine has been down since December. Every time I call, and it is extremely difficult to get through to you, I have to leave my name and phone number and somebody calls me back a day or two later. They apologize and say that the part will be shipped immediately, but no part and no machine! Needless to say that I will never again buy a piece of equipment from ICON because you do not service your customers. I need this part, so please, have someone put it in the mail for me. It is a tiny part, but I cannot put the front roller in without it! I am very disappointed with this service or lack thereof. This treadmill was the third Pro-Form treadmill that I have bought, always having received good service and fast response, but this experience will certainly deter me from continuing to buy ICON products. Sincerely, Needless to say, NEVER again will I buy anything from ICON. The service is non existent. I bought a True treadmill and am very happy with the machine and the service!
