1. They ship from "down under" and don't make that clear disclosure on their website. The Australian version is the same as the US version, but somehow they think that you should wait 8-10 weeks for the product. They are back in the 80s in terms of mail order service.

2. Somehow the two times I have ordered, the price that is on my e-receipt never quite jives with the amount charged to the credit card. I have bought flea/tick control from them in bulk and they "offer" a 5% discount for charges over $150usd. The receipt showed the discount both times I ordered, but the credit card charge was for the full price and a day or two later I got a small credit which represented only about 90% of discount stated on the receipt.

I am going back to PetShed.com...there is blatant "General Disclaimer" on their main page about being an Australian business, but they deliver on time as agreed upon by your receipt.
